She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals with alcohol, drug, and substance use disorders, employing medications like Suboxone, Subutex, Vivitrol, Sublocade, Acamprosate, Disulfiram, and Naltrexone as part of her treatment approach. Biography
A psychiatric healthcare professional who is compassionate, honest, self-motivated, and has a proven history of providing culturally competent individualized care to diverse patients and in delivering exceptional patient-centered care with the elderly, adult, children, and adolescent populations. Habibatu Sesay has 15 years’ experience as healthcare professional and 3.5 years as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient setting.
Services provided include comprehensive evaluation, diagnoses, treatment, and continued medication management for psychiatric conditions including but not limited to: Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, Anxiety disorder, Major depressive disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD), Personality Disorders, Mood Disorders, DMDD, Substance use disorder (with medications like Suboxone, Subutex, Subsolve, Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Naltrexone), and Wellness coaching.
